The team are called to treat one of their own after a freak accident involving an out-of-control 4x4 leaves an off duty medic with serious injuries. On the A1 motorway, there’s a multiple pile up and HART must deal with several casualties as police launched a hunt for the motorist whose driving caused the crash. Mountain biking fanatic Gemma calls in the all-terrain Polaris to help rescue a fellow cyclist. The team are called to provide the muscle for a weighty patient with a hip injury trapped in their home and there’s a dash to save the occupant of an overturned car.
