Hong and Ka-Man become closer after several dating. Hong even pursues further when Wai-Kong leaves Hang Kong on business. Lee Wah is heart broken when Hon: refuses to so to the movie with her. Hong even goes further by going with Ka-Man using the tickets bought by Lee Wah. Trying to help Kin, Cho-Kwan hints to Lee Wah about Kin’s love for her. This brings about counter effect and Lee Nah feels embarrassed. When Kin knows what Cho-Kwan has done, he is furious with her. Though very concern about Cho-Kwan. Ngai-Kwai won't ask her to return home due to self-respect. Chun-Kit understands his father and asks Cho-Kwan to come back. Cho-Kwan refuses by saying that she is determined to succeed in her career before going home. Hong is not happy with his superior who doesn't take any notice of all his effort. Making use of an opportunity, he voices out his opinion to Fung who gratefully accepts his recommendation. Hong feels flattered.
