MING believes his lies are going to be exposed soon with the sudden appearance of MR. KO. He is therefore thrilled to bits when MR. KO joins him and the others in lying to UNCLE EVAN. In fact, UNCLE EVAN saw through him a long time ago. He sponsored MING when he was living in the orphanage was to expiate his own sin. Later, MR.
