The two young men decide to have a fair competition to see who can win the girl’s heart. BEN gives the handbag, which has been patched, back to LING while VINCENT has got her a brand new one. LING has finally chosen the gift from VINCENT. WAI points out that BEN and VINCENT should not have investigated MRS. CHING’s background and that the only way to help her is to make MR. Immediately he flies off to stop her. WAI and KWAN meet NA by chance and NA reveals to KWAN that WAI has been deeply in debt.
