CHUN thought that good customer service is to 100% comply with customers’ requirement. Eventually the advertisement sucked and it was badly criticized on Internet. TAT wanted to sack CHUN but YU helped mitigate for him by using KEI’s commitment as the excuse. Having seen what YU did for CHUN, MO and WAH advised CHUN that YU has the feeling towards him.
