The Stockbroker's Clerk
Poc abans que Hall Pycroft comenci a treballar per a una prestigiosa firma de Londres, un home anomenat Arthur Pinner li ofereix un lloc millor remunerat a una altra ciutat. Hall Pycroft accepta anar a Birmingham per treballar per al germà d'Arthur Pinner, Henry. Quan Hall Pycroft descobreix que Arthur i Henry Pinner són la mateixa persona, demana l'ajuda del brillant detectiu consultor Sherlock Holmes.
